Availability:

Securing our services:
A non refundable 50% deposit is needed to secure your booking.
Travelling costs:
All packages include 50 km of travelling in and around the Centurion Pretoria region. Any travelling beyond the 50 km radius carries a fee of R2.50 per km plus toll fees (if applicable). Any events that require more than 1½ hours (±150 km) of travelling will be subject to an overnight stay (up to a maximum of R300/person/night) that must be paid for in advance.
Final payment due:
On date of wedding.
Dress code:
We dress professionally at all times and strive to blend into the proceedings at hand.
Equipment:
Canon 400D digital camera with a Sigma EF-500 DG Super flash.
Kind of photos we take:
A mix of traditional, natural, fun and creative photos. We also welcome any input from the customer’s side regarding desired photo specifics as well as content.
Ownership of photos:
A backup is kept of all photos taken. All photos will be supplied on DVD in high resolution for printing purposes and low resolution for emailing purposes, which you may use as you deem fit. Eye on Focus retains the right to use any material for advertising and promotional purposes.
Finalisation period:
Depending on the selected package, the final product may take between 2 and 4 weeks to complete. Once it is done, we will contact you to arrange collection or we could send it to you via registered mail (the costs for which you will be liable).
Other:
Due to the fact that we aim to take the best possible photos on your special day, we humbly request that friends and/or family also wishing to take photos do not interfere with our setup and way of operating. Yes, they are more than welcome to take photos, as long as they do not prevent us from getting that perfect shot. (We understand that this is a sensitive subject and we are willing to discuss it, and compromise if so desired.)
Disclaimer:
Although it has never happened before, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to or loss of photographic material due to unforeseen circumstances, such as theft, fire…etc. Mention can be made that a backup is immediately placed on a laptop during the course of the day.
